Q: How much does Essential Pro cost?
A: For logo design and installation, set-up, and customization of Essential Pro, the total cost is $300. Add-ons are available for an additional cost (opt-in forms, photo galleries, custom graphics, coordinating social media, additional pages, etc.) and are billed at the end of the project. If you already have a logo, your total would be $250.
Q: Can I use my logo for other things or just on my website?
A: Your logo is yours! You will receive both print and web-ready files via email to use however you wish.
Q: How long will it take to get my website up and running?
A: This will vary depending on our work load and what all you want included on your site, but our goal is for logo design to take 5 business days or less, and Essential Pro set-up to take 5 business days or less from start to finish. If you have a specific “launch date” in mind, please make sure to mention that when filling out your design form.
Q: Can I use Essential Pro on a platform other than WordPress?
A: No, Essential Pro was built specifically for self-hosted WordPress websites.
Q: Can I use Essential Pro on a WordPress.com account?
A: No, Essential Pro is for self-hosted WordPress only.
Q: Do I need to have WordPress already in order to use Essential Pro?
A: No. We can install WordPress for you as long as you have a basic hosting account (bluehost.com, hostgator.com, siteground.com, wpengine.com, etc.) and a domain name (url). If you need help with this, just ask!
Q: Can you install Essential Pro on my existing WordPress site?
A: Yes! As long as it is a self-hosted WordPress blog or website, we can update it with Essential Pro.
Q: Is Essential Pro only for Wellness Advocates?
A: We created it with them in mind, but Essential Pro can be used for any type of business or blog.
Q: I don’t like the set-up of the Essential Pro homepage. Can I change it?
A: Essential Pro is pretty versatile, so there are things we can do to make it look a bit different. You may be more interested in a custom website. Pricing for custom sites can be found here.
Q: Do I need to know a lot about websites to change or add pages or blog posts to my website?
A: No! With a few clicks, you can edit and add pages and posts with ease. We can provide specific instructions if needed.
Q: Can you use a logo I already have to customize my theme?
A: As long as your logo is of good quality, we would be glad to use it. We will need to know the names of the fonts used in order to coordinate them with the rest of the theme.
Q: Do I need to have a logo in order to use Essential Pro?
A: We recommend having a logo to establish your brand identity and provide consistency. We offer a custom logo design with your Essential Pro purchase to ensure you have a professional and cohesive brand. However, if you do not want a logo, we can use a simple text header.
Q: If I use Essential Pro, is my website going to be at the top of search engine results?
A: Essential Pro will do it’s half of the work – clean and up-to-date code, mobile-optimized, and SEO-ready. The other half is up to you – blog posts and pages with good usage of titles and keywords and engaging content is key in great search engine visability.
Q: Is Essential Pro mobile-responsive?
A: Yes! It looks amazing on any size screen. Shrink your browser window down or check it out on your phone or tablet to see how it looks.
Q: What do I need to provide to you in order for you to build my site?
A: We have a super thorough design form that we will send you the link to when you are ready to get started. You will tell us what you want in each homepage section, which pages you want to include in your menu, what images you want as backgrounds (you can provide your own high-resolution images or we will choose some that match your style), etc. However, if you don’t have all of your site content ready, we can still set it up with placeholder text and images that you can change later.
